Merry Christmas

Its at this very special time of year that I want to thank each & every one of you for being a part of our awesome scrapbook family!!! Thank you so much for your continued support as we try to raise awareness & share this awesome, meaningful hobby with our friends. Times are really hard for many of businesses and families this year with the recession so thank all of your for supporting your local businesses and friends.

It is such a wonderful time of year!!!! I absolutely agree, however, I had a REALLY tough time getting into the Christmas spirit this year, not sure why, but I'm happy to say I LOVE CHRISTMAS again this year!!!!

I don't love that sometimes planning a day for the family gathering is like planning a huge event, when i can't think of anything wonderful for everyone, or when the stress of Christmas makes people testy LOL. But, wow, the things I DO love about this time of year FAR outweigh the things I don't. I love the giving, seeing old friends & family that you don't often see, the smiles, the sweet gestures, finding that 1 special gift, and seeing Jesus everywhere.

I wish all of you a very Merry, Merry Christmas filled with lots of love, charity, friendship, love of family & Jesus. Let's always remember the reason for the season!!!!

P.S. Don't forget to take some awesome pictures of these very special moments & memories!!!

School Kit Club

Have you joined the School Kit Club yet?

It doesn't matter if you school kid is in college now or kindergarten. How awesome would it be to set aside 1 hour each month to create these kits & have a finished school book by next December!!! A great Christmas gift for your college student or you'll be way ahead of the game for your child if they aren't even close to graduating-you'll have the page waiting for the pictures-wow isn't that a switch?? From a mom, who is always struggling the Senior year to get my son's album completed for graduation, this would have been awesome for me. Then you can spend your time, filling in the other school pages if you want to include more.

Christy does all the thinking, choosing papers, etc & cutting, you can assemble the kit exactly as she did, or you can use the pieces & create to fit your pictures & style!!! By joining the kit club, you commit to purchase one kit ($16.99) in said club per month for 1 year for a savings of $3 per month. Each month you will receive a "grade" kit created just for the kit club including all materials, a photo & directions. You also receive special member discounts/promotions each month when its time to pick up your kit.

Pictured is the 1st Grade Kit Club Layout. Receive a kit each month highlighting each grade, 1st grade through Senior. We will often have other kits on the wall that month that compliment your school album, like Field Trip, Field Day, etc. if you are looking for more school layouts.

wow, this is the 3rd line in the masters kit this month!!!!

I love how many pics Noelle was able to include on her layout & the cool chipboard borders & stamping look great !!! KUDOS Noelle. I love how this paper that some may think looks like Christmas paper was used in a variety of ways!!! KUDOS Jody- I LOVE how you cut the decorative paper in pieces & used the flowers across the layout-we're always wondering how to use these decorative papers in different ways-love all the freestyle cutting of the pattern papers!!!!
