* Photo must be in electronic format.
* YOU must own the right to the photo.
* For optimum results: 300 DPI ~ 3900X3900 pixels ~ at least 2.5 mbs.
* We will NOT make any changes / enhancements / modifications to your photo.
* Photo alterations can be done at additional charges.
* All orders must be PREPAID.
* It is the customers responsibility to scotch guard or otherwise preserve the cover.
* The photo will be on the front cover only.
* 3 weeks from time of prepayment & uploading picture.
* You may pay online or at Memory Mania & upload your pic
